Todays Results – The Vets game early kick off. A cracking game with OWCs beating our boys 5-3 annoyingly with two late goals after we had clawed it back to 3-3. The 1s had a terrific win against high flying EBOG 3-1 Goals from Jimbo Jonny and JOsh with a captains and MOM performance. EBOG played some terrific football in the second half and never gave up and in all honesty were a touch unlucky but comfortably won the cross bar challenge with at least four peaches in the second half.The 2s beat South Bank 2-0 with goals from Pearcey and Mario. Clapps the Cat putting on the gloves for a clean sheet and MOM performance Mario DODT 3s lost 3-0 at Carshalton 4s lost 5-3 and 5s lost 8 0 to a very exuberant Poly side.
Vets game played in wonderful spirit as always – Merton got it back to 3-3, but OWC showed their class to win the game 5-3. Big thanks to Jim and their team for a great afternoon. Pub is buzzing already. Also pictured are Chappell and Carl, who were DOTD and MOTM respectively🍺
