Winter training is at St Mark’s Academy School, Acacia Road, Mitcham CR4 1SF due to the evening light.
Adult Training will start on 4th September and then every Wednesday evenings from 7.30pm – 8:30pm.
Please arrive soon after 7.15pm to stretch and warm up.
This is an Astro Turf pitch – So please wear appropriate footwear (bring your trainers along).
We still have NK Fitness, so everyone will have a good 30 minutes of fitness. The format will be exactly as pre-season with a mix of football skills and high intense fitness from Nathan. We can only justify the expense of fitness trainer IF we maintain the numbers that have attended so far.
Each player is responsible for their own physical fitness. Attendance at training is encouraged and preferable but not yet compulsory, however training is likely to affect team selection and there may be occasions when attendance is required.
