Merton F C -Golf Day at the Oaks- A great day organised so well by Toddy Thanks for doing this and coming down to SW19. The results – The Plaistow boys Colin and Ed walked off with all the major prizes Colin won the best individual, Tom Rowe was second and the pairs won the better ball aswell. Sherbs and CJ were second and Sherbs won the long driving contest to almost universal acclaim and admiration. Nearest the pin was Dane Satterthwaite on a near-impossible green to hit. Thanks to all who supported this event and Dixie for coming and telling his jokes.
